@balto quick question... did you do any journalling? meditation? deep breathing?
Sometimes I think I'm not making a lot of progress because I am trying to do too much
I see advice on here to 'do the tms work' but then at the same time the more I think about tms the more I think about my symptoms and why I have them, sometimes I feel stuck in my own mind on a loop.
For example, you say do not dwell in the past, but the SEP requires me to go back to the past and experience my emotions.
And there are so many posts on here that go into so much detail about fear, pain, outcome independence etc.
Did you simply change your mindset? How?
I am taking your advice on body language, shoulders back, smiling, confident behaviour
But I just get overwhelmed because I think I'm not doing enough!
