Your subconscious may try different techniques in order to abuse or neglect you. This can be tricky to catch. For example, when you identify and reject one abusive (fear, pressure, or critical) thought, your subconscious may try a more intense or a different type of abusive thought.
In what ways has your relationship with abusive thoughts changed in the last few days? Do you recognize them more easily or respond to them differently? Have you had any thoughts that took you awhile to figure out that were actually just your mind’s sneaky way of introducing a new fear, pressure, or critical thought?
