    Hi sweetie,

I assume you're looking for the Alan Gordon program but in just in case I've linked to all programs currently offered on the site.

    Plum x

The original Alan Gordon program is here:

    http://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/TMS_Recovery_Program (TMS Recovery Program)

The new one that we have been running on the forum over the last three weeks is here:

    http://www.tmswiki.org/forum/pages/overcomingpain/ (Psychogenic Pain Recovery Program)

(This one is to be updated so a new link will be required once it gravitates to the wiki. This forum link should remain.)

And the Structured Educational Program (SEP) is here:

    http://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/Structured_Educational_Program (Structured Educational Program)

I recommend the second Alan Gordon one (Psychogenic Pain Recovery Program). Everything you need to know is there. Remember there are two prongs to recovery: first is knowledge. Read the program and give it time to sink in. Second is application, you have to do it consistently.

What a funny page! Don't even know how I landed here. For me, the first step was awareness. Then ACTION and it's still ACTION and ACCEPTANCE every single doggone day. Meditate every morning and bring the body to the yoga mat and meditation cushion.
There's goodness in there, not just neurotic defenses!
Hope you found what you were looking for. Did the whole thing. Worth it to always come back to Beginner's Mind and learn it again only more deeply.
