Hi TMS Forum,
Some of my friends and I are offering support for folks during the Covid19 Pandemic, free of charge on Zoom, Tuesday evenings, 6:00 to 7:30 pm, Pacific Time. We start next Tuesday, May 12, with the esteemed Ted Sundin, Psychiatrist. You can see the presenters and subjects below, which might be supportive for your TMS work. It is not a specific TMS group.
All meetings are primarily experiential and will include opportunities to connect with one another.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.

May 12 "Meditation on sensations, feelings, thoughts and awareness. Subsequent journaling about the experience." Ted Sundin, M.D, board-certified psychiatrist in private practice focusing on psychotherapy and spirituality. Recently did a 2 year wilderness retreat.
Tue May 19th "Maintaining self-compassion and patience no matter what your experience" Nando Raynolds, LPC, Somatically based coach, psychotherapist and trainer. T’ai Chi, Qigong and Somatic Meditation teacher. 541-821-6623 www.nando-r.com
Tue May 26th "The Inner Friend" Andy Bayliss, Life Coach, helping clients heal chronic pain by understanding psychological stress and survival patterns. He believes real healing occurs when we're present for ourselves, with compassion.
Tue June 2nd "Tools for grounding and transforming disruptive energies" Howard Morningstar, MD., family practice doctor and herbalist, and Rabbi Sue Morningstar, women’s health nurse practitioner. Together, they combine the best of both worlds, blending ancient, wisdom-based healing traditions with the most current scientific medical knowledge at their beautiful healing temple, Morningstar Healing Arts.
