Progress made while taking a trip: We have nothing to fear, but fear itself

What a nice trip! I’m so proud of you. Congratulations! I believe this experience will be a great help to future recovery. And Happy birthday!

I hear, "The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself" in JFK's thick Boston accent.
He even wrote a book called Profiles in Courage.

Well done you, Diana. It sounds like you've come a long way toward mastering your fears and living courageously.

Glad you made it to the beach. There is something about a beach that is very soothing.
I hope you can hold onto that feeling and re-live it when you're feeling down or defeated.

Happy Birthday!

I guess they don’t know who actually said this—Franklin Roosevelt or Winston Churchill
LOL, they do know, it was FDR in his first inaugural address, during the Depression. 1000% relevant!

Mind you, Winston Churchill was not without a good quote about fear:
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts."

And Eleanor Roosevelt has this rather energizing contribution:
“Courage is more exhilarating than fear and in the long run it is easier.
