Monte Hueftle Master Program

Books and programs help, but ultimately the healing comes from within us.
Thank you for saying that Leonor = I found that to the be the answer for myself also. Each book or program that I do leads me closer to my authentic self, free of the judgements, criticisms, control, etc that feeds the TMS.

Has anybody done this program? What is the difference between his program and the others?

Leonor
magicbird, I think you will get a lot of help from Monte's CD. It will give you a lot of good techniques to work on.
Anne Walker knows a good thing.

TO WALT, First of all, I notice your photo has a dog in it. That means you're my kind of person, a dog lover. I now foster dogs as a volunteer.

Dogs aside, I decided on Monte Hueftle's program and I like it a lot. I especially benefit from his 'Think Clean' philosophy. Even God says 'We are what we think." [Reference: Conversations with God, Vol I, Neal Donald Walsh].

Another thing that helps me a lot is something that Dr. Eric Robins, who saw Dr. Sarno himself and has a video on youtube.com, recommends. It's called "The Breathing Box." I was reluctant to purchase it because I already own a half dozen recordings on 'How to Breathe Correctly,' and they do very little but bore me to death But Gay Hendricks' "The Breathing Box" really did prove to be different. In one section of his CD, he talks about 'feeling fatigue in the back of your arms and shoulders,' and anger somewhere else, etc. But it was the 'Feeling Sad in your throat' that really got me. The sadness came gushing out through my throat. I could hardly believe how strong the flow of energy was--it felt like a waterfall coming out of my throat along with my tears. It was a purging of emotions. I felt so much better afterwards. Just thought I'd pass it along.

Hi Leonor,
There is a thread in which I mentioned this program. I agree with Anne, it resonated with me and really got me over the final hump. I was completely free of leg spasm pain within a few weeks after that ( 4 months total.) His book and cd were worth every penny to become pain free. I had spent untold thousands on torturous procedures prior to discovering Dr Sarno so Montes concrete tips and techniques just cinched the deal for me. Every person's contribution has value in my opinion.

Hi miffybunny I have found his book Monte Master Practice at a online library but doesn't include the CDs. Where can I purchase his CDs please if you happen to know as his website is not working anymore?

Hi @Betty Boop , I purchased his book with the cd a million years ago but I can tell you the cd was a fairly brief rehash of the book. There was nothing special about the cd tbh and it's long gone. He has a few videos on YT and I found his book extremely helpful but there's no step by step "program".

Oh I see I didn't know this. It's a shame that he dissappeared, I guess he had enough of us lol.
Thanks for your reply back to me I really appreciate it.

Yes his videos are 14 years old and he does seem to have disappeared from the MB space. He was one of the OG's and I was grateful for his book at the time.
