All, thank you for attending the session. Sorry it ended unexpectedly, so I am answering the last question here: I no longer have a sitting meditation every day for 1 hour, because I am no longer in pain. But I do sit for a meditate when I notice that I am stressed out, and it is usually 20-60 minutes. There are other forms of meditation that I do routinely, pretty much every day: hiking, running or simply walking. I treat them as meditative activities: I am alone, not talking to anyone, and I use the same route in the quiet neighborhood, so I don't have to get distracted by finding my way in the surroundings.

My approach is to have minimal guidance and learn how to meditate on your own. I reviewed the recording, and it does not appear to be suitable, because it is about 5 minutes of introduction followed by some minimal guidance in the beginning of meditation, and then 20 minutes of dead silence. I will re-record the introductory portion of it and initial guidance so people can watch it and then go on with their own meditation routine.

Thank- you for the session. Reading about how you meditate and experiencing it are different! The last two days I’ve done 40 mins with a minimal
Music background and the experience is way better! Thank you!
