Free meditation session

Meditation is one of the most powerful tools for TMS healing, but it is not easy to master. I made many unsuccessful attempts before I learned how to meditate.

We will start with a short introduction into meditation, followed by a 30-40 minute meditation session.
Please, respond on this thread if you are interested in joining so I would know how many people are going to join.

@TG957: oh damn I just saw this, I would definitely have wanted to do it. I really appreciated the previous one we did. I didn't see this post. You can just assume that if you do another offering I would want to do it.

Awww too bad 5 PM/6PM Pacific Time would be 2/3AM my time :/ Is there any way you could record this?

 

Folks, sorry for the long pause, there were holidays, travels and other things in between, but I will have another meditation session on January 27, at 5 pm Pacific Time. I will try to record it for those who cannot attend, but can't really guarantee. I will post Zoom link as it gets closer to the date.

I would appreciate that you either like or reply to my post so I would know that there is a demand. If no people sign up an hour prior to start, it will be cancelled.

 

I'd love to practice from the recording as it will be 2 AM my time. If no one else signs up I will wake up to make sure I don't miss it but I hope it won't be necessary.
