Beloved Grand Eagle
I received an announcement today about the latest online Mindfulness and Meditation Summit, with free registration through the end of January. This time it's being presented by SoundsTrue.com, which is a terrific resource for all things mind-body, mindful, and spiritual (especially if you want to avoid Amazon). The introductory video on this link is of Tami Simon, who founded Sounds True, and who previously put together a similar program (four years ago?) about self-acceptance.
Here's where to register:
https://www.soundstrue.com/store/mindfulness-meditation-summit/free-access (The Mindfulness and Meditation Summit)
The only cost is that you will be on Sounds True's mailing list - which is not the worst thing in the world.
The last Mindfulness summit was in 2015, put on by "Mrs. Mindfulness" Mellie O'Brian, an Australian mindfulness teacher: https://mrsmindfulness.com/ and actually that's where my email announcement about this summit came from today.
I "attended" both the earlier Self-Acceptance Project and the 2015 Mindfulness Summit and they were excellent. They provided a window of time in which a registered participant could download each day's video and/or audio programs. I preferred the audio ones, which take up a lot less room on your computer. It looks like The Self-Acceptance Project is still available for free, online at SoundsTrue!
