    Sitting pain

    I can't seem to over come this sitting pain. As soon as I sit my buttocks ache like I've been sitting so long and it hurts and it burns. I've stopped using my tens machine. I just sit and tell myself I can sit there's nothing wrong but it's not changing. And it gets more and more unbearable...
