    Can structural damage be helped by TMS?

    I have tinnitus and hyperacusis that developed after I took an antibiotic. Antibiotic carried rare side effect of ototoxicity and I have some very mild hearing loss at high frequencies as well. Can TMS help with something like this or because it's actual structural damage it wouldn't ? Thanks !
