Using {{{1}}} as a placeholder

Zipity had changed the placeholder in the wikitext of this template from {{{1}}} to {{{question text}}}. The downside of doing this is that this would change the way that the template is used. If we changed it, we'd have to go back onto the pages where the template is used and replace {{Q&AQuestion|Is this TMS?}} with {{Q&AQuestion|question text=Is this TMS?}}. Zipity, if you wanted to do that, let me know, though we'll have to let everyone else know and fix the affected pages, so that they show up correctly. Thanks for helping out!
