As we are going to post your answers on the TMS Wiki, feel free to write some text to introduce yourself.
Hello there, thank you so much for taking the time to read about my work. I feel passionately that we all have the skills to assist healing ourselves if we understand what to do! That path may also require conventional intervention or medication. My job is to do just that, my background is teaching as a Lecturer at University of Lancaster specialising in Movement/Dance and Psychology. I have trained in Body Mind Centering and this informs all my movement practice, if we facilitate an information exchange between the body and the mind we can meaningfully uncover TMS and respond effectively to resolve or diminish pain.

What sort of services do you provide?
One to one consultations, Group Classes, Virtual Programme of Tele Classes, Presentations to Groups, Training to Health Care Professionals, Radio Interviews, TV interviews.

Please walk us through one or more examples of what happens during a session, and how that changes over the course of working with a client.
Everyone is treated as an individual, the story of your pain is our starting point. Sessions adhere to a 6 step process or 3 elements depending on what the initial screening reveals. The latter is a shorter method with more emphasis on practical intervention of movement rehabilitation, empowering fluid movement to support TMS principles. Usually quite quickly patients experience positive changes in body confidence and inspiration to change self limiting beliefs. Wonderful things happen!
