Educational Program Day 21

Today is the last day of the third week. Congratulations for committing to the program and reaching this point. You are on the way to gaining insight into the causes of your chronic symptoms and understanding how to overcome TMS. This is a tremendous feat, so perhaps you should do something for yourself as a reward for making this much progress.

Self Care Day: If you have not had a day off this week, then today is your day to do what you want. If you'd like to learn more about the importance of regular self care, feel free to look ahead to Day 37.

Go for a walk, garden, or any other activity/hobby you enjoy. You probably spend a lot of your time worrying about and taking care of other people. Today, take care of yourself by doing something you enjoy. Feel free to be with family and friends, but only if you want to. Try to avoid people and places that trigger your symptoms. Lastly, remember to relax, have fun, and forget about having TMS!
