Journaling
As discussed in Accepting the Diagnosis, often TMS sufferers connect pain with a certain activity or position. Write down times when you think that your pain is at its worst.

Then, as outlined in the Program, create an evidence sheet. Remember, this is what you will use time after time when you begin to doubt the TMS diagnosis. It is encouraged that you continue adding to your evidence sheet throughout your recovery. The benefit of an evidence sheet is further explained and discussed in this subforum.
