I have been free of my chronic tension headache for months!! TMS has tried to sneak back up on me in other "weak" areas of my body, but I'm on to it!!
It's hard to believe what a miracle program this is. But it works.
I'm reading The Great Pain Deception by Steve Ozanich right now, it has given me even more to consider for the continued application of this program.
It's a shame how many people are and will needlessly suffer through pain, when they don't have to.
