Which Alan Gordon Program

It is confusing, I agree. The second one you list is older and is in two fairly short parts, and is not needed if you're going to do his 21 day program on the forum. . Personally, I'm partial to the Structured Educational Program (SEP) which is on the main TMSWiki.org, because it goes into Dr Sarno's theory of repressed emotions and includes writing exercises to engage and acknowledge the emotions. If you were to do the SEP, Alan's shorter two-part program would be a good companion.

The Pain Recovery Program is great! I did both the PRP and the SEP. Ultimately I combine different things from both programs.

Hi @HealingMe ! Curious if you did these both at the same time or if you did one before the other? (I'm on Day 8 of SEP and had originally came to the site for Alan Gordon's program, but ended up starting the SEP because it looked like it was more structured).
Thanks for any thoughts!

I started with Alan Gordon's program and then I did the Structured Educational Program.
