    I'm really sorry for your loss. Hope you've found a way to mourn it without TMS trying to shove the emotions aside...

    My symptoms are still up and running, 1 and a half year after knowing about and treating TMS. But they've been here for long. The first one appeared in my early 20s (I'm 44). I recently stopped taking medication and my nervous system clearly didn't like the change, but now things are getting more stable. I'm in that phase where the symptom imperative keeps changing, but tbh I don't take it as a sign it's almost over. Just as a sign what I'm doing is working.

    You'll find the joy, it's just it now requires some kind of plan. Not a strict one, but one that allows you to take advantage of the good moments, and help you accept better the bad ones.

    thank you - i dealt with new symptoms constantly but that did pass - the burning feet has never changed and i hate that part in all honesty - i will keep going....
