I have been dealing with my various symptoms for a few years now and despite a few meds, CBT and meditation I don't seem to be any closer to losing my symptoms and the related worry. Anyone else seem to have hit a wall or is it just me? No matter how hard I try their does not seem to be any improvement and the worry alone really affects my quality of life.

I'm sorry. That must be very discouraging. The fear makes it so much worse. Letting go of the fear is the biggest part. Is it fear from not getting better or fear of the pain?
Have you read any of Alan Gordon's portion on the TMS wiki site about breaking the pain and fear cycle and tried the Structured Educational Program? That really helped me. Also, check out the portion of outcome independence.

I really feel bad you have no progress yet. Today I'm having a bad migraine. I'm trying to stay positive. It's getting a little better but every time I get one it takes so much energy to get back on track.
