Hey everyone,

I really want to follow the structured eductation programma. A main part of this programme is journalling. The problem is, I suffer from RSI, and writing, typing, almost everything I do with my right arm hurts. So when I want to type or write for journalling, I will either have pain or aggravate my pain. So I am doubting what to do..

I hope somebody can advise me :)

How about an audio recording of your thoughts daily? Or a speech to text program?

I had RSI in my writing arm too when I started the program. After 2 years of dealing with it's disabling symptoms, it mostly subsided within 4 days of starting the program. I consider myself a lucky one.

I do 3 things:

1. I talk to my phone. I open up the notes app and press the voice to text button. Its been my primary "Keyboard" for 2 years...

2. I embrace the pain. In a strange way, I am seeing pain as an opportunity to teach my mind that I'm not falling for it's tricks.

3. I got a therapist. Its not cheap, but its effective for me. I think about conversations with her many times during the week. Its not journaling, but it's the same thought process, and I dont need to use my arms.
