Hi @Rohit , my symptoms are 24/7 too and I have several of the ones you listed. The safety is taught by not waiting for the symptoms to go down. I know it sounds counter intuitive, but if you use the pain as measure, TMS will most of the time have the upper hand on you. There are several techniques for feeling you're going forward despite of pain, three of the most effective being somatic tracking, self-compassion and anger release.

It also helps to know that fear, frustration and hopelessness are normal and expected reactions, and you don't need to get angry at yourself for feeling them. With time you'll learn to cope with these reactions.

Rohit, this message is to alert you (via email notification) that your user account has to be suspended because I think it's probably been hacked by a scammer who is sending spam to our members via Private Conversation messages (also known as DMs). I do not believe that you are a spammer, but your account is definitely being used to send spam.

With a ban on your account, you can't post on the forum, and I assume that you also can't send messages to anyone, which means that you won't be able to DM me about this.
