HOW TO COMBAT A CONDITIONED RESPONSE?

Lala

Well known member
I find that my pain (now neck/foot) seems to act up around 12/1230 every day, whether I'm at work or at home. I can't figure out a specific connection with this time. I know its a conditioned response b/c its like clockwork (mornings I feel 20% discomfort, by midday it peaks until about 7pm then settles down again by bedtime)...How do you combat and thwart a conditioned response if you can't figure out what the trigger is?

Lala,

I was just cruising around the home page and clicked on the Q&A by experts button and then under Newest Additions. There is apost by Alan Gordon on conditioned responses which you may or may not have read previously. Maybe this will help you with your question.

Best,

Susan
