Great to be here after 30 years of suffering. Hope the group can chime in for inspiration.
I've suffered with-
Stomach aches
Diarrhea
Eczema
Ulcer
Sciatica
Shoulder pain
Severe neck pain right side and unable to turn head
Balance issues (like being on a boat)
Vertigo
Tinnitus
SCM Muscle pain
Foot Pain
and probably some stuff I've missed

Read all 3 of Sarno's books and Also Steve O's, GREAT STUFF!!

You're definitely in the right place and welcome!! When I first read Sarno I saw myself on every age as well and that's how I insanely knew for sure it was all TMS. Self awareness is the first step and take satisfaction that you are on the right path!

Alan Gordon’s Pain Recovery Programme on this site is fantastic and FREE! I only joined this site last month and have already experienced major progress in reducing my symptoms and credit the programme and this forum for my improvement.

Thank You! I’ve started the Pain Recovery Program. Seems so simple but I’m sure it’s not!
