    Great to be here after 30 years of suffering. Hope the group can chime in for inspiration.
    I've suffered with-
    Stomach aches
    Diarrhea
    Eczema
    Ulcer
    Sciatica
    Shoulder pain
    Severe neck pain right side and unable to turn head
    Balance issues (like being on a boat)
    Vertigo
    Tinnitus
    SCM Muscle pain
    Foot Pain
    and probably some stuff I've missed

    Read all 3 of Sarno's books and Also Steve O's, GREAT STUFF!!

    You're definitely in the right place and welcome!! When I first read Sarno I saw myself on every age as well and that's how I insanely knew for sure it was all TMS. Self awareness is the first step and take satisfaction that you are on the right path!
