Why this obsession with power? And status quo? Expensive bags, brands, and appearance? The hate is what Dr. Sarno asks us to FEEL not just spew, and ruminate on. Resentments, anger and rage cause TMS. Dr. Hansom elaborated on Sarno's theory of anger and people who hold onto their hate and anger and how it eats at their soul.

Anyway, does anyone knows why nostalgia hurts? Every time I think about the past, when my son was a child, or other memories I gave, I feel this painful feeling. Why do I feel change this way? I remember when I was a child to have to come outside my house because I was thinking about the old days. I have to move, otherwise my memories were killing me...

To be honest @Filipe2025 , I would never be around you. I have boundaries with people who I have such opposite values to. I do not want to surround myself with. I am an activist feminist who works towards peace and co-existance and opposes hateful rhetoric and misogynistic ideals.
My work with TMS and subsequent seeking to work towards a healthy mindset and mental health perspective have helped me immensely to direct my rage and anger away from others who are not the cause of it, and understand more deeply that it is the constructs of my own mind that have created such constraints. Meditation has been a guiding factor in opening my mind to kindness - not just to myself but to others and rooting out the hate and rage - replacing it with peace. That doesn't mean I don't feel my emotions. Right now I am raging at what I view is your horrible and hateful attitude. I have immense gratitude for no longer holding this in, and for recognizing that I don't have to tolerate or even interact with people who hang on to these ideas with such a hateful heart.
I simply choose peace.
I will hold onto my boundary.
