@TheReds, I understand what Ellen is asking for. Try this: see the ACEs "test" at the link below and simply let us know how many Yes answers you have to the ten questions. It takes almost no time at all, but of course, be sure to read the accompanying article. The test as presented does not require entering anything, and you can keep track of your Yes or No answers on a scrap of paper. By revealing your "score" to us you are not revealing any details from your past. If your psychiatrist never had you take this test it could be useful in therapy.
