Hi all, I’m currently doing the SEP and have had a variety of symptoms over the past 8 years that has stopped me from playing the sports I love and going to the gym:
That gym session felt great, I finally felt like I could get strong and had overcome the TMS symptoms, I felt very free and had a new found energy.
To clear any doubts, I went to my physio, who is aware of TMS, to ensure no structural knee damage occurred and thankfully there wasn’t and I was told to continue exercising. However I still feel the knee pain.
My questions:
I’m excited and hopeful to get active again after 8 years of pain!
- Shoulder pain
- Upper back pain
- Lower back pain
- Neck pain
- Wrist pain
- Foot pain
- Knee pain
- Serve itchiness

My questions:
- Shall I continue my gym exercises despite the knee pain?
- Could this be me needing to “overcome the fear” as I am becoming free from 8 years of symptoms?
I’m excited and hopeful to get active again after 8 years of pain!
