Here are two I recently read and really liked. Both very thought provoking.

438 Days: A Extraordinary True Story of Survival at Sea, by Jonathan Franklin

The Correspondent, A Novel, by Virginia Evans

almost done with 438 days, it’s a great book. Thanks for the suggestion! Brings me back to when I was a kid and I was super into all those survival shows/documentaries that would be on discovery channel or natgeo.

Glad you like it! It really inspired me by showing me the human desire to survive and what’s possible. It made me feel like my circumstances aren’t quite so bad. What an amazing story!

Yes just finished, don’t want to give spoils but what an incredible story. Kept me engaged the whole way.
