    Hi Diana!
    It took me around six to eight months, but I used the structured education course and a lot of journalling! Somatic tracking was also a big help. Now I occasionally get little flare ups here and there when life is troublesome, but for the most part my TMS is under complete control! I haven't had a single hand-related problem since late 2022 :D

    Hey! Good story. This really illuminates what we were just chatting about on your thread. Yep. You're one of us. I have been pain free 99.9% of the time for 25 years after reading Sarno but I still have to be vigilant or it sneaks in a back door.
    Not a bad thing at all...Its improved the quality of my life vastly. And as you already know, lets you do whatever you really want to do.
