Recovery from Digestive issues (LPR, Dyspepsia)

Hey Nana, not sure about Maz but I think for me one of the biggest things was trying to find ways to calm and relax my body and my throat. I had some much tension on my throat because of all the hyper focus on it. Try some guided mediation for like 30 minutes. Throat chakras also helped me relax...

Ankle Sprain - Still In Pain

Okay thanks Cactus. I think I understand what you mean. I need to focus on my emotional and mental state of mind and not on the physical to find peace and calm.

Ankle Sprain - Still In Pain

Hey folks, I had probably like a grade 2 sprain playing sports when someone fell on my ankle around 7.5 weeks ago. I've done 4 weeks of physical therapy and stretches I can walk without a limp and there has been improvements but it starts to hurt after being on my feet for more than like 15...

Seborrheic dermatitis - skin issue TMS approach?

I have not had luck trying to simply treat this as TMS. I do think over thinking about it and over treating it can make it worse. What's generally worked for me is managing it with limiting my sugar intake somewhat. I have also found 2 things that have been amazing for me. MTC Oil- I get flakes...

Here is some advice for dealing with Health Anxiety

So I've been dealing with new TMS symptoms and some small relapses too. I've come to recognize that Health Anxiety is a constant theme for me and I think it's driving some of my fear and my TMS symptoms. I wound up working with a therapist and taking an online course to deal with this. Here some...

Re-checking with doctors regarding allergies and muscle tightness?

my feeling is that if any doctor can't find this link for you it's best to treat it with the TMS mindset instead of searching for or tying to find some kind of autoimmune cause as that seems like a rabbit hole you are not qualified to go down anyway. Also these symtoms are very common tms symptoms

Seborrheic dermatitis - skin issue TMS approach?

I seem to have a very mild case of seborrheic dermatitis (dry flakes around my nose constantly). This came on when with the stress of potentially not having work or having to possibly change jobs. I was wondering if anyone had any luck treating this with the TMS approach?
