Nice one. A book I've really found helpful is "Mindsight" by Daniel Siegel. I'm a big fan of his because I never really "got" meditation until I listened to his explanation (via audiobook). While not strictly TMS related, its been the a close second to Sarno's work in terms of my personal recovery.

Many doctors told me that I was "too young to have chronic pain". Very frustrating as it feels like I wasn't believed.
