I finished the program the other day. It looks like not being myself and being what other people want me to be. All of my problems seem to result from that. I'm going to take some time and be me and do what I want. What other people think and wnt doesn't matter.

There aren't any boundries between us. They do what they want and they expect me to go along with it.
There need to be some boundaries and one of them is I decide what I tell them about myself.
The people close to me know I'm having a physical problem, but I haven't told them I think it's because of TMS. If I told them they'll ask endless questions, get offended because they think I'm saying they're the cause of it, and just not let up about it. It will give me endless stress.
