    Sitting against fabric makes my back hurt more

    Sounds like conditioning. I have this too, it's weird how muscles have a mind of their own. It doesn't cause pain but it'll cause muscle twitching/tightness in the area affected. I also can't lie down on fabric surfaces that aren't flat (any folds will cause me to toss/turn).

    Thanks for the responses and advice! I finished Alan Gordon's (in terms of reading and listening) for the second time. I'll start on the structured...I'm developing too many new and different health problems now, I'm guessing the anxiety/stress and heart fears have turned into an IBS-like thing...
