    Day 17

Really great information today. In the last couple of days I have begun to do exercises I have not done for many years. Push ups, toe touching twists, jumping jacks. I'm visualizing myself when I did (for us older folks) these to the old Chicken Fat Song in PHY ED. Almost no pain and what...

Derek S. Help with TMS diagnosis

I am 99% sure that my back pain is TMS. Since reading the books on TMS a couple of years ago, I have had much better results than with anything tried by my PCP, chiropractor or back clinic w/ PT's. After my latest flare up, I contacted a listed TMS Physician, thinking his diagnosis would help...

Alex B. Obsessing over every tweak

I have been aware of The Sarno books for several years and they have helped me out of my worst bouts with pain. While getting much relief, I still find myself obsessing over every little feeling, tweak and/or pain in my back. In addition, I either roll on a tennis ball against a wall to elicit a...

    Day 4 Question to Ponder

I went to my usual chiropractor after hurting my back about 20 years ago. I had experienced on and off back issues for many years prior, but quickly went back into vigorous exercise. This time the Doctor showed me my X-ray and told I had really damaged my back this time. He went on to tell me I...
