    While I've read all three Sarno books for me the book The Great Pain Deception by Ozanich seemed to really help me understand TMS more completely. The book has helped me understand that I needed help in resolving some childhood trauma that has long been buried away emotionally.

    I had to remember my childhood traumas and that led to me healing from severe back pain.
    I had repressed anger for years.
