Really great information today. In the last couple of days I have begun to do exercises I have not done for many years. Push ups, toe touching twists, jumping jacks. I'm visualizing myself when I did (for us older folks) these to the old Chicken Fat Song in PHY ED. Almost no pain and what little there is I'm ignoring. I believe Steve Ozanich said in a post that he started healing when he began to run again. I will make that a long term goal while celebrating these short term goals.
