I guess im annoyed because I’ve been killing it in the gym since I had unnecessary back surgery about 3 years ago. After i found Dr Sarno/TMS I haven’t even thought about my back and even laugh at myself for having surgery in the first place.
Now three years after the surgery , while doing a...
Ok , but when you say rest what do you mean exactly? I’m not gonna lay in bed all day but I’m also trying to do as much as I can until my body just tells me to stop.
Should I not try and stretch the spasm out?
Hi all. I had to come back here after years of just feeling great and living my best life. I still am but my back pain has returned the last week.
The difference though when I used to have this I would feel doomed but now I know it will go away, but I’m very impatient .
I tweaked my back at...
Hi everyone. First off I just have to say that Dr Sarnos teachings have pretty much given me new life and brought me back from Rock bottom , especially after my failed back surgery.
Now I’m having another issue. Sometimes I’ll get discomfort/ pain in my chest area. This has happened when I’m...

What does Sarno say about arthr
I have tears in both hip labrums been in a ton of pain lately. I really don’t want surgery, are you saying you wouldn’t recommend it? Sarno methods have seem to help me with other things, hoping it can help me with this as well.
I have read two of Dr Sarnos books but can’t recall what he says about hip labral tear pain? Maybe someone can help me out. Can you overcome this pain with the TMS way of thinking ? Or is this structural and needs to be addressed possibly through surgery?
Hey thanks for the reply. Did you deal with pain down any part of the legs at anytime? I have a tough time believing the pain down my legs is NOT from my herniation. But I also understand Sarno says that herniation does not cause pain. This is the part I’m struggling with.
