Hi Julie. I was just diagnosed with CAM hip impingement and feel strong pain in my right hip. I had to stop all my sports and it is driving me crazy. They are recommanding surgery to share off the extra bone... were you able to get rid of the pain with the TMS approach?
I was just diagnosed with FAI hip impingement and panicking since I cant practice my sports... Right hip pain is killing me meh. reading this somehow helped me this morning. I am contemplating surgery but wonder whether i should give this approach a try first.
