Technical support request

    I tried to start the structured program today but I am unable to get the video to work. I've used both Internet Explorer and Mozilla in case it was my browser, but it appears that the link doesn't work. Am I missing something?

    Sorry about that. I wasn't aware that version of the video was taken down. No worries, I found a youtube version of it and added it to the page. Just to help out it is also below
