I have suffered with TMS since I was around 19. It was originally diagnosed as ME / PVFS. This blighted my life till I was 33 and I managed to return to full time work. Acknowledging a psychological basis for my illness was a key step forward.

However even since I made that big progress when I was 33, at age 38 I have still had further episodes of pain and now realise that pain has to be challenged everywhere it comes up.
