I am 65 with the cervical spine of a much older person. Recently told I need full fusion, I am seeking alternatives. Dinner last night with a tms knowledgeable cousin made me think I may have changed my active life 23 years ago (when I had our son, yup 42) when I didn't need to. Happily married but definitely wired tight, Tom makes sense. I am scared, though, of self blame and regret for what I may learn here . but what the heck. I'm only 65!
