Going thru complications after a artificial disc replacement(Synthes pro disc) in 2011 was still complaining of severe pains, numbing sharp pains thru-out both legs, then D.Rs perform a spinal fusion using spine wave system w/pedicle screws ( both products are on RECALL )...After the fusion, I now have herniated disc above the Hardware and more severe pain in back of legs, buttock,lumbar(where my 1st surgery was, L5, S1 & above the fusion, L4,3 areas)..how do can I determine if this is CAUSED by the Hardware due to surgery or Product defects
