I just turned a young 50 and have been suffering with various forms of TMS for 12 years. I did not know about TMS until 3 months ago when I read all of Sarno's books and took a MindBody course at Northwester Hospital in Chicago with Dr. Stracks. I am still working through my pain in the hopes of finally getting rid of it but it has been slow going.
