Q&A: Getting Unstuck

I'm reading TMS books daily, journaling, "thinking emotionally," affirming "my leg is perfectly healthy", talking to my subconscious, etc but it isn't working. How do I get unstuck?

  1. analyze doubt--- is anything holding you back? Do you need to see your doctor, get more tests?
  2. would meeting with a TMS therapist help deal with the deeper emotional stuff?
  3. Take a week off and go back to it. Sometimes a break is helpful to shake it up.
