What are emotions? How to identify and feel them.

Beloved Grand Eagle
Sweet-things,

I have remembered a pretty good interview I heard a few years ago that deals with the lush subject of emotion. It's an interview between Raphael Cushnir and Tami Simon from the Sounds True weekly podcast "Insights at the Edge".

It made quite an impression on me at the time and greatly informed my understanding of emotions and how they feel and more importantly for tms'ers, how to feel them safely. Cushnir describes a practice called surfing which has helped me a lot because emotions can leave us feeling all at sea and terrified of shipwreck.

I did go on to purchase the full program but I didn't listen to it all because I didn't take to it. However the stuff in this interview is good and may help some folk figure out another way of accessing and experiencing their emotions, and doing so press forward in their healing.

Love,

Thanks so much Plum for the link, I just got through with it and found it to be very profound. I'm also beginning to read his book, The One Thing Holding You Back, and feel this will be integral to my healing.
