Week 0

Reme

Newcomer
I'll be taking this course slowly.
I have ME/CFS/FM. I try not to give in to it and live life at my own pace. I dont take their medications. I find them toxic. Recently I've started CBD oil, which helps with the brain fog. I'm hoping this program will help get the pain under control.

Hi Reme...I've been on here for a few weeks and seen several other ME/CFS people (personally, I go with SEID - Systemtic Exertion Intolerance Disease). Slow is GOOD! I agree, I've been told to take constipation drugs, strong anti-acids, anti-depressants, and a host of pain relievers, but generally have resisted. The few times I did try some, they only made things worse. These treatments have been so much more effective! Hopefully they work for you too. Good luck!

Thank you.
I've had a variety of treatments over the years. I'm taking a little cbd oil at the moment...and supplements.
Good luck to you too. This is quite exciting
