Vagus nerve regulators

Does anyone have experience with nervous system regulating devices that stimulate behind the ears or on the chest? Theres multiple ones and some cost a little some cost a lot but i was wondering if anyone has tried these. It was recommended to me by a friend with similar tms issues. She says its helped her a lot.

I mean models like the sensate and the tens 7000

My sister recently tried Truvega and she said it has helped her a lot. Unfortunately, it’s the most expensive one. I was looking into Pulsetto, which is cheaper. But I just can’t decide if I want to use one. The somatic and breathing exercises I’m learning seem to be helping. Not sure what there is to lose by trying the regulators. Maybe they can really catapult you?!

I keep reading that the same effect can be had with a Tens 7000. You have to clip the tragus with them. I cant verify if its the same but its 40 bucks off amazon so worth a try if youre interested.

I haven’t really decided on anything yet but i thought it was interesting enough to see if anyone has had positive experiences.

I used to do this exercise x1 per day:

lay down. Close eyes for a few moments.
Open and stare directly at the ceiling (do not adjust head, tilt your eyes up) for 30 seconds. Count slow :)
Then shift your eyes to the left about 3/4 of the way. Stare 30 seconds.
Back to center for 30.
Shift right for 30
Back to center and keep a very light gaze.
Notice what happens.
I found my reaction pretty noticeable.
This is supposed to calm the vagus nerve.
