Mid 30's male here, have suffered from back pain for 2 years. My latest acute incident occurred one week after my first child was born (hmm...). Since then, I have been on sort of a rollercoaster: more frequent trips to the chiropractor, an MRI showing one herniated disc and one shifted disc, lots of self-pity, LOTS of worrying about the future ("my life as I know it is over") and then, on a Friday morning, I found a recommendation of 'Healing Back Pain' online. I quickly read through it and I am excited to work through the Structured Educational Program. I know that I have a lot of hard work ahead of me but the newfound sense of hope alone has improved my quality of life in just a few days!
