Day 16 Turning my thoughts on their heads!

Irene

Peer Supporter
For Day 15 I used the recommended dialogue journaling technique. I found it interesting, and then wrote a long post about it, promptly deleting for some reason I don't remember, perhaps simply rambling.

Anyway, I chose the same person for today's journaling, to go further, using The Work. It's somehow like an amusement park ride, twisting my thoughts this way and that, with Wow! moments and groans, and then suddenly the big flip at the end, suddenly looking forward to the very thing I was fearing. Wow! I just wrote "was" fearing!

Oh, and when doing my journaling, I treat myself to videos such as this:

Peace be with you!
And, God bless Byron Katie!
