My list of things that I miss about California is pretty darn short - but the carved granite landscape of the Sierras is on it!

Sierra Nevada is very, very addictive! I have been to other mountain systems, but nothing comes close to it.....

Yes, it was, despite it being very hard on the body, especially when the weather shows it's character.

Folks, one more photo from the trip. It is a rare natural phenomenon called cloud iridescence or irisation, when rainbow is present without rain or even when the clouds are barely present. I never heard about it before I saw it with my own eyes. Enjoy!!!

Wow. You speak the truth.
I was 85% (roughly) pain free. Cue the pandemic. Slowly pain ramped up. After about a year, I was back to 85-95% pain-free.

Over the last few months really old symptoms have returned and I feel like I’m at Square One, but I’m really not. I Know Too Much now.
